Yes. Photowall works like a digital photobooth, but offers much more: guests use their own smartphones, uploads appear instantly, and no hardware or cabin is required. Perfect for weddings, parties, and events.
For most events, yes. Photowall delivers more spontaneity, higher engagement, and true live moments — without any additional equipment. It can also complement professional photographers as an extra engagement tool.
For weddings, birthdays, parties, corporate events, team gatherings, and any occasion where photos and videos should be visible instantly. We also offer a free edition for schools, universities, and non-profit organizations.
The free version gives you up to 50 photos, 30 days of use and basic features. It is designed for lightweight sharing, so downloads are not available and uploaded files should be under 20 MB. Originals are not stored. When the 30 days are about to end, you'll receive an email — one click extends your Photowall for another 30 days, with no limit on how often you can renew it. And you can delete your Photowall at any time.
Log in to your Photowall using the admin password, open the dashboard via the menu in the top-right corner, and switch to the “Settings” tab. There you’ll find the “Upgrade” button. Enter your activation code, click “Activate”, and your Photowall will be upgraded immediately.
If you use the upload link in this format – https://app-v5.photowall.live/w-xxxxxxxxxx?pwd=GUEST-PASSWORD – simply replace GUEST-PASSWORD with the actual guest password of your wall. This lets your guests start uploading right away without typing anything. You can also turn this link into a QR code so guests can just scan and join. It’s best to share this auto-login link only within your group.

Yes. Photowall is fully GDPR-compliant, and only you and invited guests have access. Three separate password levels ensure maximum security:
  • Admin password: Controls the wall and moderation.
  • Guest password: Allows uploads without gallery access.
  • Download password: Grants controlled access to the gallery after the event.
After your Photowall expires, all content is automatically and permanently deleted.
All photos and videos remain available during the active duration of your Photowall. After expiration, everything is automatically and permanently deleted — fully GDPR-compliant and irreversible.
Yes. You can download everything directly from the dashboard at any time. Guests can also access selected content using the download password.
Yes. You can turn the upload function on or off at any time in the dashboard. Already uploaded content remains intact and manageable.
