Photowall.live is an interactive photo and video service that allows your guests to share their memories in real-time on a screen. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more.
It’s ideal for private celebrations (weddings, birthdays) as well as professional occasions (corporate events, team-building activities). Special offers are also available for educational and non-profit organizations.
Your guests open the Photowall uploader via a link or QR code and enter the password. From there, they can either upload images or videos from their library or capture photos or videos directly. Note: Photos and videos taken via the Photowall uploader are not saved locally on the guest’s device.
No, you can upload videos too! Supported formats include MP4, MOV, WEBM, and AVI. The video will be shortened to a 3 to 5 second clip to be displayed on the Photowall, butyou will be able to download the full video from your dashboard.
Yes, you have full control. In the dashboard, you can view, hide, or delete photos and videos – all in real-time.
Yes, your content is fully protected and only accessible to you and invited guests. Without your permission, no one can access it. Photowall provides three security layers using unique passwords:
  • Admin Password: For you as the host to manage content and display the Photowall.
  • Guest Password: Allows guests to upload photos/videos without viewing the album.
  • Download Password: Enables guests to view and download edited content after the event.
Important: After the Photowall expires, all content is automatically and permanently deleted. This deletion is irreversible.
Yes, you can download all content directly from the dashboard at any time. You can also grant guests access to the gallery by sharing the download password. With this password, they can view and download selected content themselves.
Yes, you can disable uploads at any time. In the dashboard, you can turn off the upload feature for guests if you no longer wish to accept new content. Already uploaded content remains unaffected and can still be managed.
You only need a computer or tablet with internet access and a screen, TV, or projector to display the Photowall. For the best experience, we recommend using the Chrome browser.

Your guests only need a smartphone or tablet with internet to upload photos or videos – no additional app is required.
